  It's funny, but then again, no... you all know how you were never to cuss etc. But how many of you worked with elders that could and did put proverbial cussing sailors to shame?

  The answer I got to that was that we were to "do as they say, not as they do". However, to do as they say literally would make one a fornicator of some renown. (F them, F that, F it!)

  ok, so earlier this summer at a dc i got to hear one of the gb speak.

  he used some odd terminology i had not heard before.

  he said this two or three times, so i mentally made note of it.

  They have no trouble holding both notions as true. They both ARE and ARE NOT Jehovah's Witnesses. Whichever they want to claim. Surely this is no surprise here. You'd be silly to think they have only one official position on anything.

  My short time in 'bama was years ago. Now I thought at the time that I was backwards and unlearned (and probably still am) but many of the locals I encountered had me beat - and some by a mile. A few by a full 500 mile nascar race! Like:

  Worked with some guys that wanted to go get some matching baseball hats made. This was when Toy's R Us was new and everything had to have the "R Us" at the end. So off they go with the idea that this was going to be GREAT. They came back proudly wearing matching hat's that proclaimed "Studs OR Us!" Now I aks you...
